Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing, accessing or using Crabo, you agree to these Terms and to Discord's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms and Developer Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Crabo.

2. The service

Crabo provides Discord community tools including moderation, tickets, welcome messages, roles, logging, levels, economy and server management. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued when necessary for security, maintenance or compliance.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must have authority to install or configure Crabo in a server.
• You must use Crabo lawfully and comply with Discord's rules.
• You must not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, exploit or use Crabo to harass, spam, deceive or collect sensitive information.
• You are responsible for the content, roles, permissions, messages and automations you configure.

4. Availability

Crabo is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage or error-free behavior. Server administrators should retain copies of information they need.

5. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated when a user or server violates these Terms, Discord policies, applicable law, or creates a security or operational risk. You may stop using Crabo at any time by removing it from your Discord server.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crabo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

7. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated date on this page identifies the current version.
