Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Crabo accesses, collects, stores, uses and deletes information when you use the Discord bot and web dashboard.

2. Information we process

• Discord account data: user ID, display name, avatar and the servers you can manage when you sign in.
• Server data: server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, configuration, module settings and permission information.
• Feature data: ticket records and answers, transcripts, moderation events, levels, economy balances, attendance, suggestions and other data required by enabled modules.
• Operational data: command counts, errors, timestamps and service-health information used to secure and maintain Crabo.

Crabo does not ask for your Discord password or bot token. OAuth login is handled by Discord.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to provide requested bot features, authenticate server managers, apply server-specific settings, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, display service analytics and comply with legal or Discord platform requirements.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by Discord and infrastructure providers used to operate Crabo, including the website and bot hosting services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or when you direct a feature to publish content in Discord.

5. Retention and security

Dashboard login sessions expire after approximately two hours. Server settings and feature records are retained while needed to operate enabled features. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and deletion

Server administrators can disable modules, change settings and remove Crabo. You may request access to or deletion of associated data by contacting the Crabo development team through the official support contact listed in the Discord application profile. Please include the relevant Discord user ID or server ID so the request can be verified.

7. Children

Crabo is not intended for anyone below Discord's minimum required age. Do not submit sensitive personal information through ticket questions or other configurable fields.

8. Updates and contact

This policy may be updated when Crabo's features or legal obligations change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions can be directed to the Crabo development team through the official support contact listed in the application profile.
